I/We will be participating in a dog agility event to be held at the property owned by Kenneth and Averill Ring, 766 Viewtown Road, Amissville, VA, sponsored by U-NAMIT Inc. d.b.a. Mountain View Dog Training. I/We hereby release U-NAMIT Inc. d.b.a. Mountain View Dog Training, Kenneth and Averill Ring (property owners), their representatives, instructors, members and guests, from any and all liability in the event of injury to myself, my family members, spectators accompanying me, or my dog while attending any training session or event or while on said property. In addition, I will agree to pay any damages to said property that is caused by me due to violation of Mountain View Dog Training's Standard Operating Policies, which will be posted at the entry table.
